Great experience

Why did it take 8 hours and cost over $240 for an oil change, tire rotation, and cabin air filter? Inconvenient! Overpriced! and I had to call after 4pm to find out that it wouldn't be ready until 5:30pm which is, by the way, closing time. Ridiculous. I am considering another auto manufacturer for my next luxury full sized SUV.

Everyone was very nice and accommodating. This made our buying experience very pleasant.

We are a repeat Mt Kisco Chevrolet customer, and this was our second time working with Shane Williams. Shane is very personable, took the time to answer all our questions and provided multiple options for us. He made the lease turn in and new signing an easy and wonderful process.

The problem is not fixed that I was told was over a month ago. What makes the problem worse, is never having a loaner car. I’ve already paid over $700 in remark fees and now I would have to do that again. I’m done with Chevy after being a life long customer.

Anthony was awesome. Best sales experience we've had buying a new vehicle. Pickup wasn't quite as smooth. Spent quite a bit more time getting the car than expected, albeit most of it due to OnStar no being able to link to the vehicle.

Gavin very helpful. Work completed as requested however much later than desired.

Exactly as we discussed on the phone. Mike moved my plates onto the new vehicle, and I was on my way. Don't hesitate. Go directly to Mt Kiso Chevy and ask for Mike Murphy if you're looking for a Chevy product. Excellent service department also.

Terrible that I waited hours in person and these things aren’t checked. I was with my 11 month old baby as well. No attention to detail and care for your customer s

Worst experience in 50 years of buying & leasing cars. Never got back to me on trade in value after first visit. After I followed up, 3 weeks later we rejected delivery of the first vehicle as it did not meet our requirement for a power tailgate. Two week later next vehicle (which was more expensive & we still paid list price) was not ready for delivery when we were told to arrive & now 2 weeks later we still do not have the second set of keys. Second salesman' Shane was great, but dealership can't get anything right.

My car was brought into the dealership back in August. A part was on backorder that they told me they would contact me when it came in. I was never contacted. I had to bring my car in earlier this month for a leak in a hose, which was also on backorder. My car was at the dealership for eight days, at that point I had no loaner car which was a disaster. Also, at that time since my car was there for eight days I asked them about the backordered part from August 3 times they told me it would be addressed. When I picked up my car, I asked if it was addressed. I was told yes! It wasn’t. The sensor light was still on since August. I had to bring the car back the day after Christmas and have the sensor fixed. I was obviously dismissed when I asked about the sensor three times! The service I received was absolutely unacceptable and really disappointing!

Nice waiting area with snacks. Appreciate that very much. When I first brought my vehicle in for an oil change years ago, they used to do complimentary car washes. I started tipping because of that and now drive 30min to get my oil change at this location. The last few times however, no car washes. I'm happy to be offered a car wash for a fee as well. Please include those kind of optional services while I'm there.

Every time I hace usedyour service department and car loan department it went a smoothly as anyone can expect.

About 10 days ago, I posted a not complimentary review of my experience with Service. I want to emphasize today that Mt. Kisco Chevrolet listened. They contacted me and quickly and took care of the issues. It is satisfying to know a company cares enough to respond to its customers.

Defective vehicle -what can we say? Still not corrected/ repaired although the dealership claims to be trying to. Got blowback trying to be assured of a loaner although we are supposed to bring it in again tomorrow, We would rather reverse the whole transaction…….

Excellent in solving problems

My vehicle broke down with electrical problem. Road side assistance came and got the vehicle and took it to dealer. They worked on it as soon as possible. Had to back order parts, and gave us courtesy transportation so I could pick up my vehicle. And they will be in touch with me as soon as parts come in so they can finish repair. Vehicle is a 2025 Chevrolet Equinox AWD Activ. Car is covered under warranty.

I was pleasantly surprised at how smooth the entire transaction went from start to finish. Angie made the pickup and delivery process very easy and pleasant. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. The people in the dealership were friendly enough but for the second time my tires were not rotated. I know it's something small but I just don't understand why? I'm not sure I'll be back. How do I know the oil was even changed? I just don't get it.

The customer service at Mt. Kisco chevrolet is excellent. My service rep is great! I am especially grateful for the car service back/forth to dealer to my office.

I was told on the phone before booking the time for an oil change that it would take about an hour… So I budgeted that amount of time and cleared my work schedule for at least an hour and a half giving them some grace. I got there 15 minutes early. They said they could take my car at that time, I was waiting for about an hour and 15 minutes when I checked in and they said it should be another 20 to 30 minutes and they said that they should’ve told me an hour and a half. I told on the phone, but I was also told an hour once I got there and dropped the car off… I ended up waiting two hours and being late for work commitments.

Delayed, overcharged, mislead, the worst: parts where not changed

The appointment worked out great. People who run a business or have a busy life need this type of service. Staff was great and the service was done as scheduled.

I went in for a recall, but they were never able to fix it. It keeps showing up in my app. I booked a new appointment at a different store. My car is leaking oil, but they tell me that everything is fine. So where are the leak and the oil stains coming from? All they told me was that everything is fine.

Recall was completed in a timely manner but the woman I spoke with was not accommodating when needed a ride to my job which was not too far from the dealer. Claims the shuttle would be on the hour so I told her I would have to wait 45 minutes to get to work - told her I will walk instead - she says if you change your mind let us know

$250 for a oil change is excessive and unreasonable.

I purchased new tires for my Silverado. The dealership mounted them and performed a front end alignment. However, they did not balance the new tires. Now it will cost me another day to go back and get that done.

It's very difficult for me because I only speak Spanish; however, Mr. Ramos was cordial and his support was excellent, although the work is not yet completed because one piece still needs to be painted. And as soon as they have it, they'll let me know. A left-side mirror was installed, which I notice has... It's a manufacturing defect. I've already notified Mr. Ramos and I'm waiting for him to let me know when they can look into it. Thank you very much.
