Always great experience

Great service department. I just wish they would be a little more flexible, I had my oil changed air filter and wipers replaced, but I wanted to have new tires put on and they told me they couldn’t do it because I have to leave the car. They just lost a sale of four tires. To leave the car there pay for a car rental because they don’t give you a loaner isn’t cost-effective, but to go by tire someplace else.

Main Dealer Parts orders take longer to order and appointments always on line, Dealers call to customer and charging dealer want, transport more than two days no Alternative arrangement, never suggested customer benefits, totally hard to explain and suggest our friends & families. Hope GM standards getting poor services to customers, I wish you changes coordination improvements, ,all the best, I never choose GM again, I paid off in 18 months. Sorry to say you lost like me many of the customers, they never complained but never say silent move.

I recently purchased a 2025 Chevrolet Colorado ZR2 from Mt. Kisco Chevrolet, and it was hands-down the best car-buying experience I’ve ever had. Shane gave us exceptional service as we looked for a new car. He was very patient with our all our questions and addressed all our concerns. Anthony DiNobile did the same in processing our paperwork. Two very nice people to work with!

Asked for scheduled maintenance in addition to warranty repair on suspension. Service advisor said oil was change, but oil level wasn't reset and other scheduled maintenance, like engine air filter replacement, wasn't performed. Called several times to verify and no return calls - had to visit in person to get a very not-reassuring answer. Then I got an email saying I declined recommended electrical service, which is not true at all.

Service person explained all service, what was going on, what they would do, had to do and did not wait long.

The dealership stepped up to assist with our work van to get it running so that we did not have to rent a van. This is a big plus in my book and the fact that they understood the urgency goes a long way!

The people I dealt with (Summer and Tulio) were great and you got my tire replaced quickly, once it came in. The frustrating part that made me want to complete this survey was when I called on Saturday they said to come in right away, drop the car and complete it by 2:00 that day. I got a call at 2:00 that day saying the car wasn’t done and that the screw was not in the best place to patch it and it has to be replaced. They further went on to say that they don’t stock a tire for a brand new car and the 10 or more traverse’s on the lot if anyone else was to buy one. They said they had taken the screw out, but put it back in and said it’s fine to drive. That didn’t seem too safe and I didn’t want to risk my family with a possible blow out of a front tire. So I was without a vehicle till Monday. Like I said the customer service and work was great they understood my complaint and were helpful and informative but it logically does not make sense that a Chevy dealership does not stock tires for the vehicles they sell and they “only order them when we need them”. It’s like a Chef not stocking eggs because they don’t need them for every meal. Always been a Chevy fan but it’s just frustrating when I don’t have a car for 3 days because they don’t stock a tire for their cars.

Everyone was very helpful, very attentive, very knowledgeable. But, I had to return the next day because the air conditioner was not working. I waited 2 1.2 hrs then was told they had a lender for me. I live 1 1/2 hrs away. At rush hr. Took me 2 1:2 hrs to get home. I am hoping when I get the car back there will not be. Problem. Right now very upset. Not the dealers fault came from factory broken.

Why did it take 8 hours and cost over $240 for an oil change, tire rotation, and cabin air filter? Inconvenient! Overpriced! and I had to call after 4pm to find out that it wouldn't be ready until 5:30pm which is, by the way, closing time. Ridiculous. I am considering another auto manufacturer for my next luxury full sized SUV.

Not a good experience AT ALL. First time using Mt Kisco. Called and made service appointment for a Thursday morning. The morning of my service appointment my truck wouldn’t drive, lost brake pump assist so I had to have it towed to dealership instead of dropping it off. I called the service department and notified them. BUT I STILL HAD THE TRUCK TOWED IN ON TIME FOR MY SERVICE APPOINTMENT THAT MORNING @ 9:30am. THEY decided to move my appointment to the following Tuesday, while I was paying for a rental to replace my truck. Then I got a nasty phone call from an obviously frustrated and inconsiderate service manager whom I will not even name. he told me to pick up my truck because he could not deal with the aftermarket radio I had JUST installed (ALL PLUG ANF PLAY NOT CUTTING OR SPLICING) while I told him I had put the original (NON FUNCTIONING) radio on the passenger seat in case it was needed. Said I was looking at minimum $850 to take out the new radio, which is 4 screws hold it in place. Then I spoke to a higher ranking service head and a tech who were VERY polite and respectful and worked with me to solve the issues. They were VERY pleasant and professional. After about 6 days of not hearing from anyone I decided to leave a message asking about the updates on my vehicle only to receive a voicemail minutes later saying my truck was ready to be picked up. After I picked up my truck, Only one of the issues it went in for was solved. it was a brake pump replacement at no cost as it was on warranty. The other issue was a very bad battery issue, which was not even looked at. I stated that it had to be jumped everytime I wanted to use it and I had to keep the battery on a trickle charger constantly before having it towed in. when I got home from the dealership, my battery was dead again, and has been giving me issues since. I do not usually write reviews unless they are positive to praise a service department, but this could not go ignored. I will never visit or use Mt Kisco Chevrolet ever again.

The problem is not fixed that I was told was over a month ago. What makes the problem worse, is never having a loaner car. I’ve already paid over $700 in remark fees and now I would have to do that again. I’m done with Chevy after being a life long customer.

Worst experience in 50 years of buying & leasing cars. Never got back to me on trade in value after first visit. After I followed up, 3 weeks later we rejected delivery of the first vehicle as it did not meet our requirement for a power tailgate. Two week later next vehicle (which was more expensive & we still paid list price) was not ready for delivery when we were told to arrive & now 2 weeks later we still do not have the second set of keys. Second salesman' Shane was great, but dealership can't get anything right.

Had some issues with timing of parts, but the service department was helpful and worked with me to get the repair done, eventually all is good again.

Nice waiting area with snacks. Appreciate that very much. When I first brought my vehicle in for an oil change years ago, they used to do complimentary car washes. I started tipping because of that and now drive 30min to get my oil change at this location. The last few times however, no car washes. I'm happy to be offered a car wash for a fee as well. Please include those kind of optional services while I'm there.

Every time I hace usedyour service department and car loan department it went a smoothly as anyone can expect.

Took car in for brake service, part was ordered and replaced but the brakes still squeak and now need other appointment. Clearly a road test was not performed after the work on the car or the issue would have been identified.

My car was brought into the dealership back in August. A part was on backorder that they told me they would contact me when it came in. I was never contacted. I had to bring my car in earlier this month for a leak in a hose, which was also on backorder. My car was at the dealership for eight days, at that point I had no loaner car which was a disaster. Also, at that time since my car was there for eight days I asked them about the backordered part from August 3 times they told me it would be addressed. When I picked up my car, I asked if it was addressed. I was told yes! It wasn’t. The sensor light was still on since August. I had to bring the car back the day after Christmas and have the sensor fixed. I was obviously dismissed when I asked about the sensor three times! The service I received was absolutely unacceptable and really disappointing!

My vehicle broke down with electrical problem. Road side assistance came and got the vehicle and took it to dealer. They worked on it as soon as possible. Had to back order parts, and gave us courtesy transportation so I could pick up my vehicle. And they will be in touch with me as soon as parts come in so they can finish repair. Vehicle is a 2025 Chevrolet Equinox AWD Activ. Car is covered under warranty.

I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. The people in the dealership were friendly enough but for the second time my tires were not rotated. I know it's something small but I just don't understand why? I'm not sure I'll be back. How do I know the oil was even changed? I just don't get it.
